Static Runout Measurement
Static runout is checked for each unit at the far end and near end of the test shaft. The specifications must be met in order to maintain vibration free cutting and a long tool life for your machine.
Spindle Dynamic Balance
The ultimate test is the spindle dynamic balance testing carried out after assembly. The in-house equipment performs a check on the units to ensure the balance is within specifications for each spindle built.
Spindle Running Test

Built-In Spindle Assembly
Twinhorn develops and produces its own built-in spindles which reduce vibrations compared to standard spindles and provides powerful cutting capability across high and low speeds. Specialized fixtures ensure problem free and efficient assembly of the spindle units.
